pc spec, basic internet browsing etc

im now looking to build my daughter a cheap as chips smallish and quiet pc for basic internet browsing and watching 1080p movies etc. the most demanding things it would be doing is movies, music and basic browser games like moviestar planet and girlsgogames. dont know if its worth pointing out that shes only 10.

ideally it will have a decent wifi card in there as the signal travels terrible in my house.

oh and i dont need keyboard, mouse or O/S but would like the case to be as girly as possible and possibly white

Silver, gold, blue, black.

It will play back 1080P movies.
