pc spec help please

Hi all

I have to upgrade my tired pc and im not sure where to spend the money to make it a good all rounder the main thing i do is watch youtube so how good can i build a net pc on a budget of about £250/300 not a lot i know but not into gameing on the pc anymore have a ps3 and it is a recession

if you can re use your case, power supply and optical drive you could go for this for under £300 and it would do everything you would need it to -
