Hi, after installing LOTRO i've gotten crashes, but now its happening to other games as well which previously worked fine on my computer.
They are games such as guild wars, oblivion, cnc3
I am able to play these certain games for a short while before my game stops responding. Usually i see texture tearing or lines stretched across the screen before this happens.
Sometimes the game will crash and others, I need to press Ctrl+Alt+Del to close the game down. Most of the time the screen goes black and i get a no signal warning from my monitor. Sometimes i also get the nv4_disp.dll BSOD.
Here are the things i tried to do to fix the problem.
I've checked for over heating but my temperatures seems fine.
I've reinstalled drivers, updated direct x and reinstalled the game.
i must note that i do not get crashes while using the computer when not playing games.
