PC to run Autodesk Inventor 2014

I'm looking to build a PC to run Autodesk Inventor 2014.

Anyone have any recommendations as per the specific components I require for this build?

How heavy is your use going to be? Big assemblies and simulations or just general modelling?

What sort of budget do you have?

Do you need a monitor, OS, keyboard and mouse?

But is approx £750 exc monitor keyboard, mouse and OS
