Reading the start of the thread again, it looks like you've changed a few things like the motherboard etc. It may be a silly question (sorry, not meaning to be patronising) but did you do a fresh install? I'm reaching a bit, but it may be conflicting drivers.

Each crash will give the 41 error. THAT is your problem. I tried allsorts, but new psu solved it.

Hmmm, it does look like the PSU then. Can you get hold of another one just to try? Not sure on the returns policy, but you could buy a new one try it and if the problem persists return it? (I have no ethics)

ok, ive ordered an Akasa Venom Modular 750W PSU, and also bought a corsair h60 liquid cooler with a twin fan set up with some fresh thermal paste, i will bung these on tomorrow and see what happens!

It's most likely the psu I've had the same thing happen in the past
Your psu should have a 3 year warranty? get it swapped and then sell the new one you get from them

All sorted, it indeed was the psu, fitted a new one and reoverclocked, intel burn tested and all is well once again.. for now
