PC turns on but my M+KB wont, and my monitor doesnt connect to my PC for some reason???

Monitor just has a flashing blue light as if its in standby, pc will turn on perfect, but my M+KB wont even blink.... should i consider this PC dead? Ive alreayd been saving towards a 5 grand super PC, isit worth getting fixed at all? I primarily just game on there.... spose i could use my xbox until my super PC is ordered, let me know if theres a way to fix it for the time being, cheers,

My guess is its the motherboard

Try resetting the CMOS pins on the mobo with a jumper. This cured my POST problem.

My brother had this, was a bent pin in the cpu socket.

sounds like PSU to me, have you got a spare you could test. I've seen this type of issue a bunch of times when the PSU is on its way out and all the fans will kick in and the pc looks like its starting up but there no out put to monitor.
