PC Upgrade Time

Hi guys looking to upgrade my PC which i have had for quite a while now, here are my current specs:

Mobo - Abit Fatal1ty
CPU - Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 @ 3GHz
Mem - 4GB Geil something or other.
GPU - XFX HD 4870 1GB.
PSU - Corsair 650w
Case - Antec P182

Looking for a decent PC - I don't play many demanding games - mostly WoW, SC2, a few FPS and Diablo 3 when its out

Here is my current shopping list, im looking to recycle my case and psu but all else i want to upgrade. I'm looking to do this as cheap as possible so if anyone can tell me another way to get the cost down i would greatly appreciate it!

I was also looking at a AMD Phenom x4 840 and mobo combo as the processor is around £100 cheaper - would i notice the difference in gaming and general use?

I was also looking at a AMD Phenom x4 840

Dispite the Phenom name, its actually an AthlonII X4 core, just at a higher speed.

No.

£170 for a 6870 is a rip off, thats GTX560ti territory.
