PC Vacuum Cleaner?

I'm sure you can find a USB Hoover somewhere... if its any good or not is a different story...

I have a compressor at home so i'm okay... but it sounds like Can of Air is the way forward... they do sound expensive though... for AIRR!!!

Never cleaned my pc before... frankly did not care cause i wasn't into pcs...

now it's another story with my new build... can I use an air compressor that my dad owns or am I completely out of bounds?

What do people recommend to clean the pc?

Yes you can or you can buy a can of air and clean it.

Air Compressor's work fine mate, I personally use my 12bar one which is extremely powerful and i sometimes feel like i am blowing my pc away lol

This one is a bit better, I think.

Lol at suggestions seriously the cheapo bed pumps provide enough of a blast to work tremendously well no need to spend over £25.

C64, any chance of a trust message link to that particular high street store that stocks the bed pumps please.

air compressor just be careful with it or you will blow bits of your board

+1

Gas dusters have crap pressure and crap flow.

A 7-10 bar compressor is pressurising gas to 100-150psi and you can damage components if you're allowing too much gas at too high a pressure out.

Computer fans don't even appear on the same scale of pressure.

Also, if you use a compressor without a filter it can blast out hard particles with the air at very high speed.

i agree my tin of compressed air cost me 7quid from a electronics store and it lasts ages and if u do it outside it does a very thourough (spell check please) job of cleaning it .

Trust me guys those air bed pumps are great, I wouldn't get a lesser one than the one I posted a pic of though as I have no experience of those so can only vouch for that one.

"High Performance Electric Pump"

Has been a revelation to me I didn't purchase one for with the idea of cleaning a pc it came with a bed we bought.
And I decided one day to see what would happen if I used it as a dust cleaner on my akasa eclipse the rest is history.

Could you drop a hint as to which high street shop I could find this for sale in please? :)

Ha! I'd never thought of the cheap foot powered pumps before, I've always just relied on using good old lung power to remove dust as the compressed air job looks too intricate. Thankyou OCUK community.
