pc vs ps4

Just want to settle an argument. If a game is equally devoloped for each will a decent rig with a 770 gpu the game will look better on that instead of ps4

The 770 is more powerful than the GPU used in the PS4. Technically. Thats about as far as you are going to get with this roundabout argument.

Consoles don't appeal to me anymore. The Xbox One for example, for the price they want for it you could throw together a decent AMD build that would blow it out of the water.

Probably. But you will miss out on PS4 exclusives, which will look better on the PS4...because...errm...you can't get them on the PC.

it depends how the game is optimized but usually yes, for example battlefield 4 is only running at 1600x900 resolution on ps4 and i think on "high" rather than ultra settings, where as a pc with a 770 can run it at 1920x1080 on ultra fine with a decent cpu to back it up.
