Hi,

I recently purchased a Titan Pulse from Overclockers; it's been working brilliantly since i've had it, but in the last few days it's occasionally started white screening, never seen this happen before and I can't do anything other than turning it off

Does anyone know what the cause is? I haven't installed anything recently, the only thing that is wrong is my keyboard, which i've already posted about and can't imagine being the cause.

Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance

go into safe mode and remove your video card drivers, when windows reboots dont install the drivers, click cancel.

leave on a see if it still errors, if yes check leads as they will be the cheapest, if no then it may just be a driver issue, dependent on card if it is a driver issue and not a faulty monitor then download a driver cleaner program free off the net for your make of card nvidia / amd etc, this will remove all drivers as sometimes when you update them crap from older versions are left on.

if it doesn't then how old is the monitor? as i'd first test it in another machine and see if you can make it do the same, alter the res etc first and see if it stays on in a different res, if still failing then contact support for a rma as most monitors are onsite
