I shut down my PC on Sunday night, everything was fine. Went to turn it on the next day and nothing happened! Tried everything, test psu and plug. I've never had any problems with it before. I have no clue what's wrong with it! Thanks in advance

Checked every cable!
Specs are cpu intel 3570k
MB gigabyte z77x-d3h
Psu seasonic G series 650w
Ram g.skill ripjaws x
2tb hd 120bg ssd samsung 840
Gpu msi twin frozr3 7950

I'd start with:

1. Clear CMOS and try to start it again.

2. Take out GPU and try with onboard graphics.

3. Unplug PSU power cable, wait a minute then unplug SSD, HDD, DVD (if any) and try to post with just one stick of RAM (switch sticks around/use other DIMM slots if needed).

I have the same issue with the exact same board with my i5-3570k. I can get it on, barely. Reset CMOS, turn the psu switch off and unplug kettle lead for 5 mins, turn off at mains. My screen is black and it switches between hdmi and analogue don't know if yours does the same? Notice that your leds don't show on mouse and keyboard? When / if it's looping, on for like 10 seconds and then restarts, the above was the only way of getting it on. When it's on its on I've had it under load etc and left it on for over 24 hours no problem. Do you know if your using F18 bios or have got rapid storage tech driver installed?

Edit - I've tried a new CMOS battery, fuse and kettle lead no luck yet need to test my board cpu and psu.

are you using any extension leads for power or a UPS?

try connecting directly to the wall socket if so and see if this helps.

is the PC getting any power at all? when you turn it on does the fans or any LEDs come on to indicate the PC is getting power? try a different power cable as well for one you know is working

Imo this sounds like a psu has quit its job. Hopefully in its sleep lowering the chance of it taking the rest of the system to the grave with it.
