PC wont display on new TV when i restart (please help me)

just bought a new TV

Samsung series 5 32" 1080P

when im running in 1920X1080 and i restart the PC i can hear the Computer
restarting but no picture.
i have to switch the TV off and back on again and reselect INPUT: PC and hey bingo the desktop it back.

If i set my pc res to 800X600 and restart the PC the screen comes back on no problem.

graphics card on pc is ati 3650HD 256mb

but this also fails when i hook up a neighbours computer as well with an intel graphics card.

any ideas before i top meself after spending £500 ?

Hmmmm can't be of much help... is there an update for the TV, maybe the GPU?

Have you searched to see if others have experience the problem with the TV on google?

i've actualy fixed it.
it was a power saving feature of the TV. i had it set to off but ive put it on low and now its all good.

doh @ me lol.

PS- the text on websites on this 32" 1080p tv (1920X1080) is pin sharp. well impressed
