PC won't POST - help?

I turned on my PC today to find it wouldn't POST, nothing appeared on screen and there were 4 beeps. It had been working ok until now, except for last week when the BIOS reset itself after I installed a new gfx card. The PSU has also been making a buzzing noise, which it didn't do prior to installing the new card.

I'd appreciate it if anyone had any advice, thanks.

MB: Asrock z68 extreme4 gen3
CPU: i5-2500k
GPU: AMD 7970 matrix platinum.

Hmm, it's working again.. strange. But the PSU still buzzes.

How do you have the PSU hooked up to the new GFX?

Using two 6+2pin PCIE connectors. I noticed the buzzing has stopped now too.
