PC3200 mobo?

Are there any mobo's out there with a decent amount of SATA ports that still accept PC 3200 RAM, AMD AM2 or Intel 775?
Im asking because I would like to re-use some old RAM if I can?

just sell the old ram

you'll get more for a 1gb of 3200 than 2gb of ddr2 will cost new
