PCI-E for ~£60 to replace X800 GTO2

Complete newbie to the lower end card game, what will give me at least as good/better performance than my old AGP X800GTO2 (flashed to X850) so I can at least play Fifa/WoW etc? I am not a serious gamer but I want something that will let me play games like the above okay, the X800 let me play them maxed out okay

I don't mind if it is nvidia or ati, just gotta get it soon as I have just upgraded my cpu/mobo and the onboard graphics (ntegrated VIA Chrome9 Graphics) can just about handle the desktop

Direct on your price the 7600GT but the x1950pro can be had for less than £20 more and it is ultimately better than the 7600GT! Either will play the games you mentioned well

just put one of these in a basic pc set up in the house:
(athlon64 3800+, 1 gb ram etc)
its a cracking card for the price...

7600GT wont provide with any sort of performance boost from an X800, I'd opt for the X1950pro if I were you, and quick!

7600GT is the best mid range card for that price I would say. You may be able to get a 1800xt for that price if you are willing to buy used.

Anyway, get the x1950 Pro, its a steal.
