PCI-E Frequency

Any overclock can potentially damage components in your system. Just be carefull.

imo running your PCI-E @ 105mhz would be cutting it fine so maybe increase it by 1mhz each time to see.

105 MHz won't harm your card in any way :)

Thats the answer i was looking for - The reason for asking: i might have put it up to 105mhz by accident and now my pc wont boot... even if i reset CMOS. The thing is, i also fiddled around with RAM timings, and i think my RAM has had it. Just checking to see which is more likely to be broken :) hehe. Thanks guys

It won't physically hurt anything, but may prevent boot - depends on the chipset: some care more than others. My 680i happily runs at 120, but the 590i wouldn't boot at 110. The gfx in place seems to make a difference as well.

Yep, depends on the chipset. In fact, nVidia's old Linkboost which they decided to stop using ran the PCIe bus at 120 on the 680i chipsets.
