Thats the answer i was looking for - The reason for asking: i might have put it up to 105mhz by accident and now my pc wont boot... even if i reset CMOS. The thing is, i also fiddled around with RAM timings, and i think my RAM has had it. Just checking to see which is more likely to be broken hehe. Thanks guys
It won't physically hurt anything, but may prevent boot - depends on the chipset: some care more than others. My 680i happily runs at 120, but the 590i wouldn't boot at 110. The gfx in place seems to make a difference as well.
