Is there any PCI-E TV cards I can stick in my Mac Pro? I know a few months ago there was none.

If not what would be the best USB one?

Thanks...

I find the USB Elgato Diversity (rebranded Hauppauge WinTV-Nova-TD) +EyeTV software to be pretty damn good...

Ive yet to see a Mac Compatible PCI-E card, but with dual DVB-T tuner over USB2, thats good enough for me.

Did not really want to have it sticking out the back and I have had problems with a usb TV stick before on a PC, but that was of course an older generation. If I have no choice I can live with a USB one :)

What about this one 'Hauppauge WinTV HVR900 USB2'?

EDIT//

Hauppauge

On the USA site they have the WinTV-HVR-950 using eyeTV software

On the UK site they have what seems the be the older WinTV-HVR-900 with their own software.

Do you really want to bother with Analogue TV? Personally, especially when viewed on a decent monitor i find analogue to be very poor, i have an Elgato Hybrid (which is the HVR900) and only ever use it in DVB-T mode. I bought the WinTV-Nova-TD to make use of the dual digital tuner and its great.

The 950 is aimed at US Analogue Cable users, the 900 on the UK site also claims to come with the Elgato EyeTV Lite package for mac users, ive no clue what the "Lite" package contains, but the full EyeTV suite really is worth the money, it really is a great EPG, interface and exporting suite.

Another device im currently waiting for is the Elgato 310... this is a DVB-S reciever and will give access to the FreesatHD channels, as well as all the other FTA/FTV satellite channels.

The reason I want both is because I want to be able to pick up sky channels which is sent around the house through the aerial cable.

If they are the same products I guess that I need to find out which version of the eyeTV package the hauppauge card comes with.
