I'm at uni and next year I'll be moving into a house so for internet I will need a Wireless network adapter. I was also thinking about getting a TV card so I won't have to have a separate TV in the room. The problem is I only have one spare PCI slot so I was wandering what people suggest about which of the 2 devices I should get as PCI and which as USB?
Thanks

You can get USB extension cables (my stick came with one - I think it's a Belkin Wireless-G or something) so you can move it around a bit to try and get better reception.

Never really trusted wireless for some reason though - I managed to insist on a wired network around our house for two years if I set it up and took it down at the end of the year. :)

Hi,

You should look at the Abit AirPace PCI-Ex1 Wireless-G card, obviously it only uses a pci-e x1 slot so it'd be pretty much perfect for you.

Thanks for that, that looks like itll solve my problem. Does anyone know if its any good or any issues with it etc?
