PCI slots very close together

OK so I have the MSI x99A Mpower board and I'm wanting to watercool 2xTitans in sli. Only slots 1 and 3 support 16x and with two of these on https://www.overclockers.co.uk/ek-water-blocks-ek-fc-titan-x-acetal-nickel-wc-825-ek.html they are too close together for standard fixings to fit tube between them.
So I guess I need a bridge/link? What is the correct kit to order, is this the correct one? https://www.overclockers.co.uk/ek-water-blocks-ek-fc-terminal-dual-parallel-wc-345-ek.html (Ive measured the distance and 40mm is correct).
Also there are serial and parallel, which is best?
Sorry for the noob questions once again!

Yes that one is correct, the difference in temperature is almost 0 between serial and parallel, I prefer parallel because of the water flow.
