Bit of a daft question possibly.
I have a gigabyte GA-K8NF-9 939 motherboard with a 512M x1800xt. Will I be able to replace this with a 3870 as the boards pcie slot is not version 2, or is version 2 just a max bandwidth change that in most cases is not used.
