PCIe m.2 adapter

Anyone know if there are any PCIE m.2 cards? I want to add a couple more hard m.2 drives to my PC

Do you mean a PCIe card which has M.2 NVMe slots, like these:

(Although that category has some SATA only adapters too.)
I'm using something similar to mount a Corsair MP510 in my ancient Asus Z77 Ivy Bridge era motherboard. As long as you don't need to boot of the drives, these are fine.

Some are for 1x slots, some are for 4x slots. If you have a high-end atx motherboard you should have a few 4x (or a 16x) you could use.

If there are more than one on the adapter then they'll share bandwidth. The adapter itself may also share bandwidth if your motherboard re-uses lanes from somewhere for the slot.

Perfect. I think I was looking in the wrong place.

Not worried about dual or x4 sharing bandwidth as I normally access one drive at a time.

NVME supports no more than 4 PCIe lines. So, only x4 card are needed for modern disks.
