Ok Thats a plus - If I went for this one I dont need to buy a new PSU :D
Anyone know if the 850XT is the same?

Just for my info, how come my old 9800Pro needs its own power source but these 800 cards don't?

Cheers...

The X850XT should come with a pci-e power splitter in the box. (requires two molex (4 pin) connections into one 6 pin conection for your graphics card.

Your 9800pro needed the external power source as it was an agp card and the agp bus couldn't provide it with enough power.

The pci-e bus can provide 75w however which is enough for the X800GTO

Thanks for that, this upgrade keeps getting more and more expensive, if I go for the 850XT I need a new PSU as I will only have one 4 pin free after I pull it out of my 9800Pro :(
