become a taxi driver

taxi>truck>bus

better money, you get to choose what you drive (and can mod it) you get to rip people off talk cobblers and perv at the laydees(and more) and get paid a decent amount of money for doing so.

I'd end up in prison if I became a taxi driver - I'd probably end up knocking out the first drunken moron who threw up in it! :o :D

Better money? I don't know what taxi drivers make tbh.

Self employed, I can clear £650 for a 55hr week (more including weekend work) . I am not self employed, I am employed, but get guaranteed hours & holiday pay which self employed drivers don't,but, I know of plenty that are self employed & making a packet!

I'm thinking of following their example!

If I have to drive for a living (which is what I do) I'd much rather be in a truck than a bus or taxi, thanks, - In a truck, your load won't complain at your driving. ;) :D

'Awww man I gotta get me a big Beemer - whoa, these 7's are well cheap now' :D

And getting cheaper! My £5k(2 years ago) example has cost me a bit this year though, still, its a hell of a lot of car for the cash.

Not many sensible reasons for running a 7 series, that said, I'm currently doing a 40 mile round trip to & from work and after 15 hours in my truck, I cannot think of a nicer way to drive home! :)

It'll waft along in near silence, or sit on the bumper of the chavvy boy racer who's trying it on, if I'm in the mood. :D
