pdf macro

Hi all.

What I am after is a macro to output an excel file to pdf stored with income[date].pdf as it's file name as well as to the printer.

I have free pdf995 on the computer and I can output to paper printer and the pdf printer with it asking for a file name for the pdf, but is there a way to automate this, as the people who will use it WILL mess it up.

I have code to output to acrobat distiller, but it will not work with pdf995.

If it's anything like PrimoPDF (almost certainly is!) then it'll be pdf995 asking for the filename, not Excel. Good luck with driving that with a macro.

Any suggestions then or should I look for a copy of acrobat distiller?
