Peak District Landscapes

Sorry, there are a few, but I need to figure out a short list of about 3 for a competition.

I know the levels arnt right on all of them, but it takes me ages to do anything in PS, so i'm mainly after comments about the composition.

Thanks

I like the first one, but would have preferred the structure to be on the left side of the frame instead of the right. I can't really say why, but I prefer large objects in the foreground to be near the leftside.
Numbers 8 and 13 look good to me, showing plenty landscape but with other features in the frame as well, the rocks in the foreground in 13 and the tall structure in number 8.
I also like the 2nd last and last photo's as well, but would have preferred less sky and perhaps more of the bridge in the final one.

Some very interesting shots-1 from the "Roaches" and the last of Monsal-Head. Lovely sky on the other. I go up the Peak District every week, why can't I ever have a sky like that  :)

Out of curiosity I've just mirrored the original image, and I think you're right, it does looks better... How odd, perhaps some Gestalt psychology going on...

Interesting how the final shot of Monsal Head seems the most popular, which is the only one shot on my old cheap digital compact

Thanks for the comments all of you, have helped me a lot.

Isn't that something to do with us reading from left to right therefore we scan from left to right when viewing photos like these? Thats what I've heard anyway...
