Pec boost

First off I'm 5"9 weigh about 145lb with 12% body fat.

I have some pec muscle and I can actually flex my pecs but they seem to be much more developed at the top running up to my shoulder than at the bottom where they meet my abs.

The bottom part seem like they have excess fat under them and I'm afraid to say it, are a bit man boobish for my liking.

I'm guessing expanding my chest more and developing the lower part of the muscles will help loose this look, anyone got any advice?

To be honest, doing any heavy pressing exercise will be good. Yes you can try and target different areas, but unless you are very well trained it wont make much difference.

Just get pressing / dipping :]
