Loyal fans of Peep Show will be rewarded when the hit comedy series returns to Channel 4 later this month for its eighth run, its star Isy Sutie has confirmed.

Sutie, who plays Dobby in the show, took to Twitter yesterday to tell her fans that the new series will commence on November 25.

Hmmm... Season 1, 2, 3 and perhaps 4 were sheer comedy genius. After that though they seemed to run out of ideas and it wasn't nearly as good. I'll still watch it in the hope they pull something out of the bag but I'm not holding out much hope.

It is an awesome series and I am really looking forwards to it. The reason it is so good is mostly down to the writers. Mitchell and Webb just aren't that funny on their own. Robert Webb is particularly dull in anything I have seen him in. Can't wait for this.
