PenD 945 Chip worth it ?

Jus wondering if getting a 945 Chip to replace my current 805 is worth it ???
What kind of overclocks do these chips hit ?

Would it be any better for my games than my current 3.6Ghz 805 ?

I'm interested as they can be gotten fairly cheaply now, and I'd be able to pass on my 805 later...

Or should I just wait for RD600 boards, get one of them and upgrade to conroe later ?

id say your better off with your 805 OC'd then get conroe when you have the cash :]

I've owned a 940 in the recent past, which managed 3.8Ghz, but I'd say the only advantage a 945 has over an 805 at 3.6Ghz would be that the 945 runs a bit cooler, being based on the 65nm process.

I'm sure other folks have clocked the 945 higher, but I wouldn't have thought you'd see much benefit over your current chip, performance wise.

I'd save my cash, and get a conroe chip and mobo when funds allowed.
