Guys,

In our bay window, we keep suffering with all this rain and driving wind circles/rings of damp coming through....

Only appears after rain, in the Bay we have resealed all the window edging and thought this solved it but low and behold with the SW storms it is back....

What options have I got to seal this from the exterior?

Thanks!

Wait for a dry day.
paint it on the outside and let it dry.

Does exactly what it says on the tin!

The other option of course - if you prefer, is to hack all the plaster off from the inside.
Inject damp proof solution into the wall then replace the plaster with a hard cement render before a finishing skim.

Personally I would give the waterseal a try.

What roof is on the bay, are the windows wood, or upvc?

Seen a bay window where water was running from the roof down between the upvc window frame & side walls & soaking the front wall under the window.

Yup, check the roof and guttering out first ...
Thomsons water seal is not actually a cure, all it does is prevents water from penetrating and allows it to run off a surface it will not plug leaks, its primary use was for external brickwork etc to force water to run off preventing water erosion.
First thing you need to do is find where the water is actually getting in and solve that. Check the roof of the bay and the lead flashing where the roof of the bay meets the exterior walls ... you may also find the water is getting in higher up at your roof lvl and is running through the cavity and only appearing at the bay.
