Has anyone else had some vile little cretin from here add you to their MSN and ask if you want to see their **** and spam your inbox with filth and smut?

[email protected] is the address. (Tim Gibbons) No idea what the user name is but I know he got my details from here.

The same guy added me as well... Asked for an opinion on his site, then asked me to sign up.

I then told him I couldn't be arsed with more than one forum and he hasn't spoken to me since:)

Hmm, same here. Initates a coversation and then eventually reminds me about his site. I'd actually go there if there was some content, but i'm not wasting my time signing up for an 'empty' site. I just recently blocked that person on msn.

recently I've noticed a few people gleening MSN/ICQ addresses from these here forums then contacting me with their websites asking for me to "Have a look at their website for them".
I'm sorry, but I'm REALY fed up with it, you KNOW who you are, its NOT polite to just add people to MSN and straight off ask them to look at your site, if you feel you want feedback about your new omghaxhardwareoverclocking4thewin.com site ASK SOMEONE YOU KNOW ALREADY! NOT ME.

the last thing I want to do in the evening is read ANOTHER site thats nothing but google ads and a forums with 0 users and 0 posts.

Hey mate wanna check my website out?

can people not post the links to the site, or the hotmail name, as it's doing what he wants and advertising his site - something he's been banned from here at least 5 times for doing (and it starts to get a bit repetative banning him).

That Robbo permabanned guy is messaging me on msn regarding some site he owns asking me to sign up \o/\o/\o/

My solution to that is two-fold. Firstly, I don't publicise my MSN address, and secondly, I reject any and all unexpected requested to add to my MSN, should someone get hold of it other than by asking me for it, or by random chance. It's maybe a bit harsh, but it works. If you're on my MSN list, it's because I want you there.

wow, way to bring a thread back from the dead guys!
I list my old MSN address on here so if anyone wants to contact me they can, but I realy get peeved off with these advertising guys now.

Spacky I'd say spammor his ass up and sign him up to gay p0rn sites n stuff but that would be irisponsable tbh

i wouldnt want random people saying look at this website when its of no interest. BUT... im more than happy for people to tell me if they offer something i want, that means if i start a thread saying where can i buy a pallet of beer and someone msgs me and says i can help u with that, then its a good thing.

The guy was registered on here as Robbo123, but he's now permabanned. I should have saved the conversation I had with him, it was great :D.

Im the one that got him banned, he had multiple accounts, breaking a few rules and telling them all to me.

He added me to ask my "Opinion on his setup" a few days later he asked me to sign up to a site.

He was a first class ******.

He added me the other night, he said he had gotten my msn from here then asked if i wanted to check out his site. The short answer i gave him was no then hit the block button.
