Ive got one block "EN" showing ware and tear how ever we do push the limits of our hardware in testing so this is not what i would consider a fault with the plating but the fact its had fluid running though it as 2500 Ltrs per hour for the last few months under test.

It didn't dissolve - makes a very nice silver speck cloud coolant simular in look mayhems Aurora - but without any of the benifits.

When I first saw the vid in the other thread it looked exactly like what my cpu loop looked like before I did a rebuild this time last year. I had no nickel plated blocks in the loop at that time, just a copper Dtek fusion and a copper mosfet block and a tube res and had the same fine white particles swirling about in the res. On strip down this was clearly 100% plasticiser leach. It had coated everying in the loop with a white residue. It had come from the red feser tube I was using, blue feser tube was fine (dual loop), so probably too much PT Nuke in that loop or particular to the red tube. Odd thing was that the loop had been running totally clear for about a year before this residue started to appear and quickly became like yours in the space of a month. This is why I was asking as I couldn't explain why microscopic nickel particles could form a blockage like that on their own.

That is very intresting - mine was also clear for a 11 months or so then I got the 'clouds'
Guess what I using black feser tube!

Will run the coolant through a coffee filter paper and see if it metalic or plastic

Maybe I should reconsider my personal view of ek (but not nickel)
I found out that it was the ek shop and now they want to help - wasn't going to bother

That's some flow rate - you really do extreme test your products.
Never been into 'coloured' coolants so not read any of your posts before today.
Good to know mayhems don't just see us as cash cows.

If it was anything like mine you'll find the white crap in your rad too. Was harddest to get out of the rad, had to really violently shake it to dislodge the last of it and do it multiple times, it really had stuck on. Even went the vinegar route as well. Inside of the tube was coated in white too. And also I had a tiny length of clear tube in bewteen my pump and res, with all the rest of the tube red, and this little bit of clear tube aquired a red tinge. Feser red tube is obviously to be avoided, though as I say blue was perfectly ok, and I still use it.

EK Supreme HF was it?

Was it this one ;

I have no hesitation allowing you to use my invoice.

Unless of course, by your last post you've got it sorted as you mention "They want to help".

yep that's the shape - just the nickel/plexi version (the image is copper/acetal by the look of it).
I was saying it in jest tbo - I'd rather be out of pocket that 'bend' the rules like that.
But many thanks for the offer.
