People who know about sampling methods - help!

So I'm doing my dissertation and I'm trying to explain what sampling techniques I have used for my research and why.

My dissertation is about the renaissance of high rise tower blocks.

My research has consisted of questionnaires distributed to one old shabby ex-local authority tower block and one newly developed building for key workers. I sent out 15 questionnaires to each.

Would I be right in saying that I used probability stratified random sampling?

The second part of my research consisted of interviewing a estate agent, developer, architect and housing association. These were pretty much picked at random.

I'm not sure about this one, would I be right in saying non-probability convenience sampling?

Hmm... not fully sure...

In your questionaire did the questions have "scales" i.e. a did you ask a question and then ask for a score between 1-5?

No, but I did use categories like: How old are you: 16-24, 25-30, 31-36 etc.

I chose the two different buildings to juxtapose each other. The old shabby tower block is most likely full of working class and old people, whereas the newly developed tower is likely full of trendy, new middle class urbanites.
