Hey folks,

Been thinking of getting an SSD boot drive (windows and maybe 1 or 2 games) but am wondering if i'd see a great performance difference over my current HDD in terms of gaming?

Current system:
i7 950 @ stock
4gig DDR3 1333Mhz
Asus P6X58D-E MB
Gigabyte GTX 460 OC
CAVIAR GREEN 1TB 64MB 7200 SATA HDD

So could anyone pelase shed some light on the difference an SSD would make? thanks!

Any idea what sort of games i can expect to see and how they will manifest?

I'm assuming windows will be a hell of a lot faster (at boot certainly?) but what about games? will i see an FPS increase?

Quicker boot times would be greatly appreciated, might well be worth the upgrade then, but what size? i want somehting big enough for win 7 and program files, maybe a game or 2, i'd guess about a 100 - 120? not sure how much win 7 takes though.
