When the next person asks you that just tell them it's a Franklin variant. They'll think it's genius that you used a corresponding font to your name.

Just personal taste, but I would probably go for a softer gradient.

No doubt you will end up wanting to do a new one in a few weeks. I always find it hard developing a logo for myself, and then keeping that logo.
