192 is a site that many companies can use to find your details and verify your date of birth. All the data as far as I'm aware is retrieved from the electoral roll which is public.

My mum found me on Flickr a few years ago but that's only my name and a profile picture of me. I've just ran a search now and found my Youtube and Google+ as they're both in my name. Once again, there's nothing more than my name and profile pic apart from stuff that I'm interested in etc.

It removes you from 192.com. If you want removing from other web sites then you will need to contact them. Opting out of the public registers etc on the electoral roll forms you receive will stop you from appearing in future.

It doesn't seem to do so. I've been opted out since the option existed. 192.com still has me listed with full details (address, phone number, length of occupancy, etc).

im more mad at overclockers refusing to take my emails to delete old MM threads. My contact info is there and i dont like it one bit.

Can i make ocuk remove the post?

I'm on 192 twice, each at a different address. One's my old address the other is my current. So I'm extra special.

123people.co.uk used to be very good for checking your footprint on the web.

Googling my name shows up my Flickr, Twitter, LinkedIn, my website, 192.com info, and the first image result is me and others are some pics I've taken. Not sure if that's good or bad tbh.

Well, I used to try it a few years back and nothing interesting used to come out of it. If I try it now, I find my whole life. First up, I find my twitter (it is my name to be fair), then Facebook, Then Google+ photo, then forums which I visit... My name occupies a page in google :P Images also show part of my life, although much less :P A few pictures I posted are up there (namely the Football manager ones I put up on this very forum!!), along with my Google+ and Twitter pictures. Not much else can be found, except a picture of me....until you scroll down a bit. I found my sister, and friends my sister has on Google+
