I recently started working out again after a 4-5 year hiatus, and as i've moved to a 'proper' gym rather than a leisure centre I wanted some sessions with a PT to show me correct form in using some of the new machines, and some of the more complex exercises such as deadlifts, squats, etc.
I found a PT via the Pure Gym website who looked spot on, and I spoke with him and booked myself in for 4 sessions at a cost of £35 each - paid upfront (mistake from me).
First 2 sessions were great, and he sent me a workout plan for the non-PT gym days ive been doing, however on the 13th Sept I received the following:

No reply.. So 4 days later, another text:
No reply... So today (3 days later), I've sent him yet another text:
I'm really annoyed that because of no fault of my own, I am now out of pocket £70. If he doesnt reply, I am going to make a formal complaint to Pure Gym as I found and booked him via their company. I'd honestly be willing to take this guy to the small claims court knowing full well i'd lose £25 of the £70 for fees, just to make a point.
What does everyone think here? Am i being unreasonable?
