well I'm an independent thinker... which is fairly accurate considering it's a 'work environment focused' review.... I'm a designer and I'm more analytical in my methodology and I'm one hell of a perfectionist lol...

They prefer structured work which produces visible results quickly to abstract, long-drawn-out processes. Determined Realists have no problem with routine as long as it serves efficiency.
