then how come when people bid i see stuff like no reserve and people bid £26 quid and the guy says whoever has the highest bid wins so what if the highest bid is £26 quid does he get the PS3.

Keep calm, use punctuation. :)

If I have read this right though, the bids may start at £26 (or be at that price early on at least) with no reserve but it will not go for that kind of money. The final bid and therefore the top bid, will be in the hundreds.

Yes, but £26 is never the highest bid. The highest bid is normally significantly more for a PS3.
 
Why are you bothering with fleabay anyway? You're only 14 and you have to be 18 to buy, sell or get robbed on there!

With most items the serious bids don't come in until the last hours / minutes of the auction. So, seeing a PS3 going for £25 or whatever means nothing, when it's still got over a day left to go.


NOTE - this guy has the same name as me. But he is an imposter :p I am not a 14 year old kid who thinks that the internet will know how to handle his Mum better than he does :p

Sell the PS2 and then make up the difference, wash cars, paper round, odd jobs, save pocket money.

Well i think we all gathered you havent got a clue:p

I dont think theres any other way or ways to get a PS3 cheap tbh unless you wait a good few yrs but then the replacement will be out by then. As its been mentioned before...get yourself a job ie paper round or something and save up your pocket money.
 
Grow some balls, realise that the world doesnt revolve around a games console, go out and buy a football.
 
my mother does not let me go on paper rounds as they are to "dangerous"..........£1 a week pocket money......so what should i do?

Then wait till your older or when your parents decide to up your weekly pocket money...or as Gigi just said...save for 400 weeks...:p

At the end of the day bud, there's not much you can do. Like we've stated here, you have to get a job washing cars, mowing laws ect. Sell the old PS2 if need be.

There's not much else you can do.
