PES5 Master League Help

In PES5 Master League I'm now in my 2nd season. At the end of the 1st season I had just enough funds to cover the salary, about 9100. This has left me with approx 300 points left at the start of the 2nd season.

Now, every time I progress through the weeks I get a note saying that my salary exceeds my funds available. I'm down to the barebones of a squad and this season is now going to be a struggle. How do I raise funds (besides selling players) so that I can cover my sales and hopefully buy some better quality players?

Many thanks for the advice. I only seem to be winning 1-0 or 2-1 if I'm lucky but I am getting better. Master League is so much different to Exhibition. I normally rely on pace to get past players but it's near impossible to do this in Master League. How do you skin players?

How do you lot score goals with the default squad? They're pretty poor to be honest!
 
Well well well... either I'm improving or the teams are getting worse.

Just completed my 2nd season in Master League now and I've been promoted by finishing 2nd by 3 points. I won the league cup and I've now got a bit of points to play with.

Anyone got any recommendations for players? Last season I bought Stuart Downing (awesome free kicks / crossing and is getting better) and Rommedahl (scored winner in cup final). I've just bought Martins and he's so quick it's unreal. I played my first friendly and Martins bagged two goals. I've also bought Rosicky, not played him yet but his stats are good and he's relatively young.

My squad is quite thin and I had a few players who needed contract renewals so I renewed them, some agreeing to lower wages. I've now got a bit of cash to spend now, shall I save it or splash out on new players?

I've noticed the old team players like Lineker and Waddle etc come up in the search when finding players to sign. Is this because I've unlocked the classic teams?
 
The search facility on PES5 is very pedantic. You have to put a capital letter in the right places otherwise it won't find the player. Grrrr.
