That looks good. I like the idea but think for my usage I wouldn't do so well.

Heard of KVM switches?

Swap Keyboard, Visual (screen) and Mouse between computers

If you have two computers and two screens you just connect up the mouse and keyboard and swap those.

Your keyboard/mouse -> KVM switch -> plugs into both computers

You then toggle the switch to change between computers.

Here ya go.. A bit expensive but that might be because its hdmi/USB3.0 you can get DVI ones for a fair bit cheaper. They used to do some vga/usb ones for about £20 think they were belkin ones.

Managed to get some finished images. It's hooked up to both the 27" and the 17"

I'm also watching another RAM stick on eBay as I think I get the 8GB in a reasonably cheap fashion.
