I personally prefer the view straight out onto the road - the in car view is a bit obstructive but I guess like you say, it's all about the feel. Can't get used to it though :)

I also think it's awesome. Haven't played a game on my PC since, though that'll change obviously when I eventually do get bored. All we need is for the good 360 games to keep flowing and I'll be kept away from my PC. Oh, and FPS games to support mice and keyboards ;)

Great races last night. I've got to admit I was purely outclassed by Burning Horizons, McDaniel and cykey ;)

I had some great scraps for 3rd and 4th with JUMPURS though, but my performances went a bit downhill after my finish in 2nd in the 1st race. I blame McD for taking me out in race two when I was in 3rd. Once I got spun it took ages to reverse round on the narrow track :p

Some really hilarious moments though, I managed to break into the flying corner after the screams of fear on the mics, but the second race with the left hairpin near the start was equally bad - I started out nicely on the right hand side to drift through the corner and started to turn left then all of I sudden all I could see was Enzo side panel and everyone slammed head on into the barrier.

I'm going to have to buy an Enzo to compete in these races though, the TVR has lovely hullshot and feels great but it doesn't have the speed on the straightaways. I just couldn't catch you guys on the last few races with the long NY bridge straights - I was topping out at 189/190mph.

I race in the in-cockpit view and I've got to say it's so atmospheric. You really get the feel of the congested track when playing in a tight pack :D

I'd love to play again tonight but I'm watching the matches tonight and tomorrow.

Why do you need to buy an Enzo? I was playing last night and could pick any car from any class? Or is this a different mode. Must admit I find the online career and play time multiplayer a bit confusing.

sorry i had to bail at 9, her indoors was moaning cos i had been on all night anyways, so i told her i would watch i'm a celeb with her **sighhh** sounds like i missed a load of fun after i had gone. I'll be back cos i was sooo bad this time tho lol
