PGR3 Problem

My friend brought round his 360 other day so he could get the new cars etc downloaded them fine and they was working fine round mine. He took his 360 home the cars show but he cant play with them.

Any ideas im completely baffled to why its done this when it was working fine round mine. Only thing i can think of is because he not got it connected to live at home but surely does not restrict you to play with the cars. ?

I believe it's tied to gamerprofile

Did you just transfer them to his machine or something?

No transfer i set up an account for him and downloaded the packs on his machine they were working fine. Its confused me only thing i could think of is he not signed in with correct profile but he is so he says.

be careful, if you sign in with another profile on a m8s machione it can lock out your old profile and mess up lots of stuff

Oh no he has his own seperate profile hard drive etc what we done it on and he got a new pgr 3 save file as he wanted to start again.

All im doing is connecting his 360 to net and i downloaded updates etc and they worked fine when round mine yet when he goes home they dont work. :/

Right this is what i did he brought his 360 console round mine i set him up on xbox live and downloaded the cars on his machine. They worked fine when was round mine but when he gone to play at home the cars show but are not playable.

I set up his own pay options with xbox live account just confused me totally why its done this.

If you havnt put XBL points on his gamer profile and bought the car pack then he will only be able to use the free cars. The V8 Vantage and RUF RK Spyder.

I have put points on used his credit card and set up pay options downloaded the packs both of them and it worked fine round mine.

Just he went to play it round his cars show up but not playable it weird. :/
