Phantek aio

Quick google looks like it Phanteks Glacier cools about the same as other similar CLCs, so should be fine for a few years, maybe more.
Cheers doyll it's going in a phantek p600s case with 3x140 be quiet silent wings 3 at front drawing in cool air so hopefully will be fine thanks for the reply

Interested to know how this performs. The AIO is the only non-phanteks item in my case and would absolutely love to get one, assuming it's alright, and link all the fans/lights together.
It's arrived and looks quite nice will update thread when fitted and tested

Will let you know when I've fitted it and played about it attaches to the cpu header according to instruction no external power needed so will be set in bios

I'll let you know how it goes I'd it's to loud it will be sent back but the review I read praised the quietness

Oh that's a shame.
That's exactly how my Thermaltake cooler is setup but the PWM control is less than ideal. I've found that I've had to set an aggressive curve in the BIOS which makes idle noisy. Corsair nailed the solution by having a USB3 header connected to the pump, which is what I feel newer AIOs lack.
Well initial thoughts are it is noisier than my dark rock 4 air cooler that had 2 fans on and i didnt need to set a fan curve its not overly loud but it can be heard where as before my pc was silent on a plus side I can't hear the pump looking at setting a fan curve but might get me another 2 be quiet silent wing 3 120 mm and try them with the one I've got to see if that helps temp wise whilst gaming doesn't go above 60 and idles at 30

If you didn't change fan curve Glacier One fans will definitely be louder. Dark Rock 4 has 2x 1400rpm fans while Glacier One has 3x 2200rpm fans. 3x fans make about 2dB more noise than 2x of same fan, but 2dB isn't much. But at 50% speed your DR4 fans were at 700rpm, Glacier One fans at 50% are running 1100rpm. That is 400rpm faster so definitely much louder.

I would adjust fan curve to lower them to at least similar speeds as your DR4 was running. You can probably run them even slower and have similar temps. ;)
Cheers mate yeh ive split the pump and fan headers now so the pump is on cpu header fans are on opt header so can adjust fans but leave pump alone to do it's thing

I edited my post while you posted.

Glacier One fans are PH-F120MP V2. V2 is 2200rpm version while originals I have used manu of are 1800rpm. I haven't used new 2200rpm ones but no reason they shouldn't be as good ro better than orginials.
Again thanks mate for the Info

I was eyeing this cooler also - btw hows the 'infinity' thing look? ... I wanted to get this cooler and put some rgb fans on it. I mainly liked the look of the cooler.
It actually looks quite good to be honest easy to fit aswell was thinking of changing fans myself to Rgb but going to see if I can get a good fan curve first and have a play about to see what the best setting is for it doyll give me some sound advice which I'm going to try the pump is quiet so just the fan curve to sort

let me know how it goes - anxious to get my build going ... finally :) ...
Im sitting here deciding on the pure loop 360, phanteks 360, corsair caprillex (spelling) 360 (expensive thou but you get 3 good rgb fans and the commander core is it, or some other loop.
I want something that will be less noisy also :)
Yeh after I fitted this and heard how loud it was I was compared to the darkrock I wasn't happy and did look and sending it back and changing it for the corsair as it's got software to change the fans speed and is only 20 pounds more plus has the rgb fans but I prefer the look of the phantek block to be honest but that's just personal taste if you add Rgb fans to the phantek it's then more expensive than the corsair I've also heard people have had issues with the corsair software in the past so that might be another point to look into don't know if they've sorted it out yet

No havnt had time to mess with it today to be honest will maybe try tomorrow as will have a bit more time to mess about

See ... you got me thinking now - I know what you mean about the phanteks block - IMO it looks really cool but havnt seen it in person. Ya I really didnt want to spend what is it 179 for a 360 aio, but you do get those things from corsair, one thing incase you didnt know. The corsair commander core you can only use 1 type of fan with it; so cant say plug the 3 fans from the caprillix and then throw some ll120s in the front of the case and hook that up also. Well maybe you can but read that its pretty picky. And you have to use the commander core with it the block has a block that goes right to it ie good and bad - means you control everything from icue.

oh did you try turning down the fan speed of the phanteks to see how the sound is? ...
The block has a mirror cover which is magnetic so just sticks on top of the pump and then I stuck the cable from mirror cover to my motherboard 5v drgb header

A few reviews talked about the cover falling off yours do that? Let me know how the sound is after the adjustments... Your our Guinea pig (not many reviews or people with this aio).
Right just done a quick mess around got the fans running silent now played game for 10 mins and fans were quiet temp never went above 49 and pc was lovely and quiet going to have a proper go at it in a bit but got to sort out front case fans as they're connected to the phantek fan controller on the p600s case same as the aio fans so going to run them off a system fan header as they're be quiet silent wings 3 and can be turned up more as they're quiet but will bring more cool air in so will let you know how I get on but looks at this point with a quick and dirty mess around to be quite decent

Right set the fans up pc is silent now and keeping cool doesn't go above 50 whilst gaming so pleased with that also got front fans turned up more so more cool air going through case pc looks less cluttered and is quiet so overall happy but time will tell
@doyll thanks again for your info mate this is now quiet

I set it so the fans at 35 percent up to 50 which is really quiet no noise at all then 40 percent until temps reach 65 then they're at 55 percent still quiet then after that I left at full but it never reached that and pc is totally quiet whist gaming and temps stayed at 49 so happy at moment pc idles at 30 in lounge with my heating on
Front case fans bequiet silent wings set at 65 percent up to 65 degrees and they're quiet but pushing air through case
The pump is on the cpu header I left that to do it's own thing and I can't hear it the fans are on opt header

Honestly can't hear it even the wife says it's quiet I new it was the fans making the noise as ryzen revs up and down like a lunatic :) but I don't get hear that now neither my 3700x is not undervolted all settings are on auto the fans are the only thing I've altered in the bios

btw thanks for doing these 'tests' and checking it out. 'They' should really do a review of this cooler.
No problem I found one review but it was just a quick one useing a 3900x they reckon it never went over 60 degree but was on 100 percent lol must have had ear plugs in all I can say is in happy at moment with it it's quiet whilst I play games it's quiet when photo editing doesn't go above 50 whist gaming according to hwinfo it makes access to stuff in car easier and looks good but like I said earlier that subject to personal opinion if I hadn't thought it was ok it would have been sent back
