Phanteks Are Expanding the Evolv Line-Up

The ITX version looks sweet. Would like to know the dimensions. If they get it near the £50-60 mark I can see myself buying it and a mITX board just to move out of my mATX Prodigy.

Here is a bunch of pictures and a bit of blurb from Phanteks on the new models :)

“Phanteks’ 2015 product line looks promising from what we have seen at their CES 2015 Suite. Phanteks provided two examples of builds in the Enthoo Mini XL chassis. Out of the box the Enthoo Mini XL is ready for extreme watercooling. As seen in the image, a dual loop system with a 360mm Monsta radiator up top in push/pull configuration, and 240mm radiator on the side provides plenty of radiator space with room for two large reservoir/pump combos is possible.

Phanteks has also created a Mini ITX Upgrade kit for the Mini XL. This will allow users to install two complete independent systems. Combining a gaming rig and a server into one case requires less desktop space.
Phanteks added two new cases to the Enthoo Series under the Evolv family, just like the original Evolv the ATX version comes with 3mm aluminum exterior. One key feature of the aluminum ATX version is a unique bracket solution for quick installation of a radiator in the top. Other features includes a reservoir mounting location and SSD/HDD mounting locations. The Evolv ATX verison will be priced at $149.99 / €139,90 / £119.99(VAT Inc..)and will be available late April, 2015.

Phanteks also released their first Mini ITX, a budget oriented chassis that uses steel exterior. Even priced at $79.99 / €69,90 / £59.99(VAT Incl.), the case has many features which includes a unique bracket solution for radiator on top and a multifunctional bracket for reservoir, pump, and SSD/HDD. Availability for the Evolv Mini ITX will be sometime in March, 2015.

Lastly Evolv available now in a new color, Anthracite Grey and will be priced at $129.99 / €119,90 / £99.99 (VAT Incl.) .”

Evolv ATX :o

Strange that the itx is same size as matx, but trying to hit a price point and compromising with plastics. ...and the ATX lost the 5.25 bay, I guess the feedback was that no one used it, but more available options is always better.

Is that new grey Evolv the Gunmetal version that's already in stock?

Personally, I'm glad to see another ATX case without the 5.25" bay (especially 3-4 of them!) Far too few of those around. I've never had a need for years (I have an external DVD drive for the rare occasions I use one), and it's why I opted for the H440, but it was virtually my only option at the time.

Any word on the release date of these?

We will look to have these available around April/May.

Still on track for then do you think? I'm hoping April. I so want this full size ATX version! Do you reckon they will be releasing in white, same as the rest of the Phanteks range? I can't imagine they wouldn't.

Not keen on the front usb on the new versions. The front is the best part of the Evolve Imo. Personally would prefer it mounted on the top.
Yeah, I tend to agree. Front of the MATX is nicer. I'd be happy with it on the side, never bothered me there tbh, but I know that doesn't work for some and they have apparently responded to criticism by moving it to the front now. I can only assume they've not moved it up top so as to maintain the clean look, which I can understand from an aesthetic point of view. But it's not ideal where they've put it either.

I'm using the 5.25 drive bay. Good to know it was there. I might not have bought this case if it didn't have one.

Best PC case I've ever and I mean ever build in. I love it that much.
