The Lights will connect to a 12v connector, from your Power Supply (PSU).
The fan hub should have 2 fans already connect (the two that come with the case) and the hub itself goes to a fan header on your motherboard.
 
If youre adding the paste yourself, don't do too much. Grain of rice size is good.
Gpu is easy if you haven't already. OR have one.
The Ram, check your motherboard manual to check which slots to use.
And you can use a single 12v connector for multiple Drives if you need to.

Oh yeah the case has 3 fans. One large intake at the front, and two exhaust fans, 1 on the top, and 1 at the back near top if I remember.

Fans are a personal preference. so it's up to you.

I'd personally use both. I'd put the cpu cooler either at the rear top, or the roof of the case. And the fan occupying that position, I'd move it closer to the front side of the roof. If that makes sense.
 
Perfect sense. on Luxe case I know ill need to connect it the CPU fan to luxe case management hub. what I can work out is 3 cables from all the fans. which goes where?
 
The 3 fans from the luxe case should already be plugged into the little hub on the back of the motherboard?

And I think the cpu cooler will need to be plugged into a cpu fan header on the motherboard itself. I've not bought a cpu radiator before, but I'm fairly sure that's the case.
 
Like I said, not too sure with cpu rad, have not bought one before.
Would have thought it connects to the cpu fan header on the motherboard.
Check the manual that came with that, and maybe create a new thread just for that, to double check.

Also, the fans will want to blow air out of the case.
