Ordered a Brand new luxe from ocuk and it arrived today this my second the other was from a forum member and was built for a mate.

The foam the case was packed in was cracked and broke apart as soon as I taken it out the Box. The accessories box was loose and rattling around the cage and the most annoying thing is the back right foot is missing the rubber pad and it rocks sideways.

Anyone got any idea if I can get spare rubber feet for it or if I need to contact phanteks instead of ocuk as I dont think returning it for these minor issues should be needed.

Anyone have poor QC from a phanteks case.

There is plenty of rubber feet on certain auction site.
I am sure tha you can find a suitable one there.

Sorry to hear that you have a bad experience with our product. This is not an excuse, but sometimes our products gets a rough time during transport / courier. Even if the outerbox has no physical damages, the inside can still break if dropped.

can you send us your full adddress details and a copy of the purchase invoice at [email protected]? We'll send you the missing rubber feet. No need to purchase it at auction site. We got you covered.

You'll certainly find Phanteks customer care helpful, they are in with a better service than a lot of companies.

Thanks for the reply will email over the details. Built it up today and its looking fantastic and was so easy to get a neat system and I suck at cable management
