Phanteks Support

Hi. Anyone had any success with Phanteks support? I bought a case with defective paintwork on the side panel. I contacted them instead of OcUK within a few days. They promised me a new panel. Four months later I still haven't received the panel and they will not respond to my emails.

something to do with the trust button on these forums, never used it and havent yet set it up.

Click the trust button on Phanteks_care's post and this will open a new window, on the upper section you will see "Email address: Click to send a message" click this and type your message and then click send.

Don't write anything in the bottom box which show when clocking the trust button.

Im surprised it tool this long to sort out. when my fan splitter stopped working for my air cooler I had one sent out pretty sharpish. it arrived before they said it would

Phanteks were good as gold with me. My luxe had a dodgy fan grill clip that was broken. Had a new one within a week of sending an email
