Recently bought a NV9 from OcUK and just over the 30 days period found that there’s an issue with the standard RGB lighting. Initially contacted OcUK support and the guy told me to contact Phanteks direct. It’s only been a few days but so far heard nothing. Anybody used direct support?
 
Phanteks have always sorted my issues out in the past but they aren't the quickest to reply to the first email / ticket, especially on a weekend.
 
Overclockers have excellent support, I contacted them about my Phanteks case and they were able to sort it for me.

Would agree that ocuk sold it to you
Should be up to them to sort it out surely

Used phanteks support a couple of times
I got a reply next day
And new/replacement parts arrived from Holland
2 days later
 
Just an update. Phanteks contacted me today and gave me somethings to try to isolate the problem. Now sorted.

Ended up being a contact issue on both sides, surprisingly. You really have to push the both sides in tightly.
