Phenom II x2 550 overclocking questions

Ok, so I have a Phenom II x2 550 3.10ghz that I have successfully unlocked to a x4 B50.

I would like to attempt to overclock it slightly, to say aroun 3.4-3.5ghz?

What settings should I look at changing - bus speed, multiplier, voltage?

If anyone could give me a quick primer to overclocking too that would be good

Oh, and whats a good program for speeding up my CPU fan and viewing temperatures (possibly record them over time as well?)

dude there no point in me repeating what others have said here cos you have to change all of those and more.

go to the stickies at the top of overclocking and cooling forum and read overclocking beginers guide and follow it closely, its very well explained then come back with questions on what you dont understand or problems you run into (which u might very well run into seeing as you have unlocked cores).

good luck and dont worry with the advice in stickies you'l hit that overclock target easily
