I have a phobia, and would like to deal with it.
Its not important what it is, but i'd like to deal with it. I know phobias are all essentially the same (in their effect on the brain, etc), and would like to read a book how to came yourself down when having anxiety attacks, etc and to think about it in a different way.
Can anyone recommend any books?
